We are the data controller for the personal information we hold about you. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration ZC092696.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Property details — address, tenure, photos, condition, valuations.
- Identity & right-to-rent documents required by law (AML and Immigration Act 2014).
- Financial information — bank details for rent payments, proof of funds, credit references.
- Tenancy information — references, employment status, previous landlord details.
- Website usage data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Contract: arranging valuations, tenancies, sales and management services.
- Legal obligation: AML/KYC checks, right-to-rent checks, HMRC reporting.
- Legitimate interest: improving our service, fraud prevention, marketing to existing clients.
- Consent: sending marketing communications to prospects who opt in.
Who we share it with
We only share your data where necessary, with parties such as:
- Referencing agencies, credit reference agencies and right-to-rent checkers.
- Deposit protection schemes (where relevant), HMRC, and local authorities.

We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or to meet legal obligations. AML records are retained for five years after the end of the business relationship; tenancy and financial records for six years after the tenancy ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where applicable.
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Request your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent was the basis for processing.
